Red Bean Oat Drink

A nourishing mix of red beans, peanuts, oats, and red dates - great for boosting energy, improving circulation, and keeping your skin glowing. Perfect for girls who want something cozy, healthy, and easy to make.


Ingredients:

  • Red bean – 30g
  • Peanut – 15g
  • Oats – 20g
  • Deseeded red dates – 3 pcs (more red dates or add sugar for extra sweetness)
  • Water – 600ml
  • Splash of milk (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Rinse red beans, peanuts, and red dates.
  2. Add everything into a soy milk machine and start — it’ll cook and blend for you.
  3. If you’re not using a machine, soak red beans and peanuts overnight, then cook everything on the stove until soft.
  4. Blend for a smooth, drinkable texture or leave it as is for a comforting porridge-style drink.
