Red Bean Oat Drink
A nourishing mix of red beans, peanuts, oats, and red dates - great for boosting energy, improving circulation, and keeping your skin glowing. Perfect for girls who want something cozy, healthy, and easy to make.
Ingredients:
- Red bean – 30g
- Peanut – 15g
- Oats – 20g
- Deseeded red dates – 3 pcs (more red dates or add sugar for extra sweetness)
- Water – 600ml
- Splash of milk (optional)
Instructions:
- Rinse red beans, peanuts, and red dates.
- Add everything into a soy milk machine and start — it’ll cook and blend for you.
- If you’re not using a machine, soak red beans and peanuts overnight, then cook everything on the stove until soft.
- Blend for a smooth, drinkable texture or leave it as is for a comforting porridge-style drink.
