Radish Mille Feuille Nabe

Layers of tender radish and meat simmered in a gentle broth. It looks fancy but is really easy to make, and the kids love the soft, sweet radish. A comforting one-pot meal for the whole family.
Serving size: 2 adults and 2 children
Ingredients
* Thinly sliced radish
* 300 gm Thin pork belly slices
* 5 cups water
* 1-2 dashi pack
* Ginger slices
* 2 tbsp sake
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* Salt to taste
* Optional: sliced leek
* Optional: Shimeji or enoki mushrooms
Steps
1. Layer radish and pork belly
2. Pack tightly into a pot
3. Tuck in mushrooms, leek and ginger
4. Add in water and bring to boil
5. Add dashi pack to simmer and remove after 3 mins
6. Add in sake and soy sauce
7. Simmer for 15 mins or until radish is soft
Dipping Sauce
* 3 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tsp sugar
* Lemon or calamansi juice
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* Chili padi
