French Bean Egg Omelette
Ingredients:
- 150–200g French beans (chopped finely)
- 4 eggs
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1–2 tbsp oil
- Dash of soy sauce
- Salt to taste
Steps:
- Chop French beans into small pieces.
- Heat oil in pan, add French beans first and stir-fry for 2–3 mins until slightly tender.
- Add garlic, and fry until fragrant. Mix together.
- Add a dash of soy sauce. Stir to coat evenly.
- Spread the beans evenly across the pan in a single layer.
- Beat eggs and pour over the beans to coat them evenly.
- Let the bottom set and turn golden, then flip or fold to cook the other side until firm.
